Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our English Learning School in London. By enrolling in our courses, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Enrollment
To enroll in our courses, you must complete and submit our enrollment form, either online or in person. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment
Payment for our courses must be made in full before the start of the course. Payment can be made online, by bank transfer, or in person. Refunds will only be given in accordance with our refund policy, which is available on request.

Course Content
We reserve the right to change the content, schedule, or location of any course, or to cancel any course, at any time and without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such changes.

Attendance
Students are expected to attend all classes and arrive on time. If you are unable to attend a class, please inform us as soon as possible. We do not offer makeup classes, but we may be able to provide you with additional study materials.

Conduct
We expect all students to behave respectfully and professionally towards each other, our staff, and our facilities. We reserve the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Intellectual Property
All course materials and content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.

Liability
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by students, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the provision of our courses.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who engages in any conduct that we consider to be unacceptable.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
